Weston Consulting successfully advanced the planning approvals for this transformative development, securing Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments through the Ontario Land Tribunal, to enable a vibrant mid-rise, mixed-use residential community. The project delivers a diverse range of thoughtfully designed homes, from one-bedroom suites to expansive three-bedroom residences with dens, complemented by premium amenities that include a professional co-working hub, resident lounge, and ground-floor commercial spaces that support the surrounding streetscape function.
