The Choice Caledon Business Park comprises approximately 6 million square feet of multi-use industrial space that features forward-thinking, state-of-the-art buildings with a particular focus on sustainability. The Business Park is strategically located in South Caledon in close proximity to major transportation routes and multimodal transport, with access to a robust and skilled labour pool.
The Business Park will provide significant economic benefits and job retention in an area of the GTA that has been identified for economic growth.
Weston Consulting provided services in support of an Official Plan Amendment to expand the Tullamore Settlement Area boundaries, redesignate the lands to permit the Business Park, and ensure adequate protection and mitigation of the on-site environmental features. Weston also supported a Zoning By-law Amendment to establish appropriate conditions for development and prepared the Draft Plan of Subdivision to create the development blocks that enable the Business Park.
