Mr. Lamichhane holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Tribhuvan University and a Master of Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University’s School of Urban and Regional Planning. Raj is a Registered Professional Planner with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and a Full Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
Raj joined Weston Consulting in June 2021. He worked with a Developer Company in Vaughan before joining Weston. Raj has successfully managed a diverse range of land use planning and complex development projects. Raj possesses advanced knowledge of Regional and Municipal policies and Zoning regulations. His expertise includes managing various planning applications, including Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, Site Plan Control, Draft Plan of Subdivision, Minor Variance, and Severance. Raj has extensive experience with high-rise and mid-rise residential and mixed use projects, large-scale industrial developments, planning due diligence, feasibility analysis, and highest and best use studies.
