Paul holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University. Prior to joining Weston, Paul worked at a Planning firm in Vaughan where he worked on a range of development projects all over the GTA. He brings extensive experience as he has been involved in assisting approvals for various residential, commercial, and industrial projects. He is a Registered Professional Planner with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
Since joining Weston Consulting in 2019, Paul has been involved in a variety of complex development projects across the GTA. His focus includes assisting clients to obtain Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, Site Plan Approval, Draft Plan of Subdivision and Condominium, Minor Variances and Consents to Sever. Projects include residential high-rise and low-rise, mixed use, commercial, and industrial uses.
As a Senior Planner he leads landowner groups through the planning approvals process, leads a variety of sub-consultant teams and attends Public Council and Committee meetings on behalf of clients.
