Kyla holds a Bachelor of Human Resources Management (Honours) from York University.  With over 12 years of HR experience, Kyla maintains a steady focus on company culture to cultivate a blend of people and business values.

Prior to joining Weston Consulting, Kyla worked with a diverse range of industries, garnering best practices in all areas of HR. With a focus on Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Safety & Compliance and Compensation & Benefits, Kyla is passionate about developing and fostering a healthy workplace culture in which all employees feel welcomed, valued and supported. Additionally, Kyla has a background in Strategic Business Development, with Client Management and the offerings of customized solutions-oriented and white glove services, being prioritized.
