Justin Polce


Director of Business Development

Justin joined Weston Consulting in February of 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University and has previous experience working for a specialty media company.

Since joining Weston Consulting, Mr. Polce has operated in roles with responsibilities that included developing, recommending, and implementing short-term and long-term strategic goals; providing planning and administrative guidance and support; monitoring key business activities; and managing the Human Resources selection and recruitment process, including screening and interviewing applicants, and hiring new employees.

As Director of Business Development, Justin manages a team of Land Use Technicians and Admin Staff with a primary focus on establishing rapports with new clients; conducting preliminary site assessment meetings and research; developing proposals for planning and design services; and leading the firm’s response to municipal requests for proposals, qualifications, and standing offers.

Alongside Weston Consulting’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Polce is also responsible for overseeing special projects associated with information technology solutions for the firm’s operational infrastructure.
