As a Senior Planner at Weston Consulting, Darrin draws on his extensive experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors to obtain approvals for complex projects across the GTA, including Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, Site Plan Approval, Draft Plans of Subdivision and Condominium, Minor Variances and Consents to Sever.
Prior to joining Weston Consulting, Darrin was a Development Manager for a Toronto-based developer, where he managed several development projects; a Policy Advisor to a city councillor in Ottawa, where he provided strategic advice on planning and development files; and a Program Manager at the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, where he was the Project Manager for several signature initiatives.
Darrin is a Registered Professional Planner with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners. Darrin has master’s degree in Planning (Toronto Metropolitan University) and Political Economy (Carleton University).
