164-168 Isabella Avenue, Toronto

Presentation

A 69-storey rental tower is planned at 164–168 Isabella Street in Toronto’s Upper Jarvis neighbourhood. The pro- ject will preserve three heritage houses from the late 1800s by relocating them to the front of the site and integrating them into the base of the tower. Located just west of Sherbourne Street, future residents will enjoy convenient access to Sherbourne, Wellesley, and Bloor–Yonge subway stations, making it one of downtown Toronto’s most connected and evolving communities. The project blends historic character with modern city-building, preserving the facades of three 19th-century houses within the tower’s podium.

Weston Consulting is supporting the project through the planning approvals process, including Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment applications. The firm is also leading the public consultation program, facilitating meaningful engagement with the community.
