Shawn attended York University where he completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Human Resources Management, he is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association and has a Certified Human Resources Leader designation.
With over ten years of experience, he is responsible for various human resources programs including: candidate attraction and selection, onboarding and induction, targeted retention, formalized and informal learning and development strategies, performance management, salary determinations, incentive systems, group insurance benefits as well as wellness initiatives and change management techniques.
