Weston Consulting Group Inc. was the main planning consultant involved in the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) Development of Transit Properties Study.

Working closely with Cushman & Wakefiled and N. Barry Lyon Consultants, Weston Consulting Group developed highest and best use studies for more than 50 TTC properties.

The project involved analyzing TTC's land assets and recommending the highest development potential and consulting on the planning and approval process required.
