Weston Consulting Group Inc. assisted the proponents, Alliance Homes and The Rose Corporation, in designing this mixed use community comprised of 1500 homes, an 18-hole golf course, commercial uses, community facilities and open space.

The residential component includes a wide variety of dwelling types including singles of various lot sizes, town homes and apartment dwellings.

The initial phase includes 92 foot waterfront lots and 94 condominium single family dwellings and town homes.
