On behalf of Cantaqleigh Investments Ltd., Weston Consulting is managing the concept formulation and development approvals process for an 18 ha brownfields site on the Point Edward waterfront, immediately south of the Blue Water Bridge and wrapping around the Point Edward Charity Casino. The develoment proposal comprises townhouses and apartments, a hotel and supporting commercial uses.
