Weston Consulting Group has led a large project team of Engineers, Architects and Landscape Architects to develop a project that mixes high-density residential and commercial, on the Lake Shore frontage, and low-density townhouses.

The townhouses provide a human scale to the development and encourage pedestrian activity. Open space and landscaping are critical to the success of the project given the neighbouring park and the proximity of Lake Ontario.
