Weston Consulting Group Inc. (WCGI) in conjunction with Intra Architect Inc. is representing CL Construction in securing planning approvals for the development of a 3,333.00 square metre, two building retail development at 1415 Kennedy Road, Toronto in the former City of Scarborough.

The now vacant site, which formerly comprised of a stand-alone restaurant, has a gradual elevation change at the rear of the prpoerty, which was designed by WCGI and Intra Architects to allow for below grade parking, eliminating the need to incorporate a parking deck into the design of the site.
