WCGI is assisting the owner, Democrat Homes Ltd., to obtain zoning and subdivision approvals for a residential subdivision, comprising 50 dwelling units. The site is located on the east side of The Gore Road, north of Cottrelle Boulevard, within the Castlemore Crossings Block Plan, in the City of Brampton. This proposal has received preliminary approval from the City of Brampton Council. WCGI is currently working with the owner and the City of Brampton towards final draft Plan of Subdivison approval.
