A comprehensive master plan designed, phased and architecturally controlled 498 unit Lifestyle Community by Alliance Homes Inc., in Creemore, adjoining the Niagara Escarpment.

Offcial Plan, Zoning Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision were approved, following a rigorous and complete planning process with the Municipality and Ratepayers (Creemore Area Residents' Association).

The development, approved by the OMB (Case # PL060901), was determined to be consistent with Provincial Planning Policies and the County and Township Official Plans while providing unique and special housing opportunities. WCGI was able to demonstrate how the integration of low and medium density uses supports the innovative and efficient use of land, integration and compatibility with the existing Creemore Village community.
