Weston Consulting Group provided planning advice related to the development of a 16 lot vacant land condominium which is to be developed with single detached dwellings. Known as the Lambert-Smye property, the lands are occupied by a large heritage house, which is to be preserved as part of the development.
Our role included coordinating, submitting and monitoring the Zoning By-law Amendment and Vacant Land Condominium applications, as well as participating in and providing expert testimony at the Ontario Municipal Board.
